Office Infection Protocols
A Safer Clinical Experience for Our Community
At Go Dental, we are continuously staying up-to-date with the latest infection control recommendations by the ADA, CDC, and OSHA. We take these recommendations seriously, and our staff is committed to going above and beyond for your health and safety.
Our team is receiving extensive training prior to re-opening and our protocols will evolve as we continue to learn more about the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. We welcome any questions you have about the best practices we’ve established and will do our best to answer them.
How We’re Protecting Your Safety & Health
In addition to the protocols we have always had in place, patients can expect the following changes when you come into our office:
- PATIENT SCREENING
At every contact, you’ll be asked a series of questions. A little repetitive, but for your safety and our staff’s, it’s imperative.
- SOCIAL DISTANCING
Staggered appointment times will minimize patients arriving at the same time and more prepared for your appointment.
- HAND SANITIZER
Sanitation areas are available in every room, so please feel free to use them!
- HEPA Filters
Medical-grade filters strategically placed throughout the office for cleaner, safer air.
- HIGH-RISK PATIENTS
Over the age of 65, immunocompromised, or have a heart/lung/kidney disease? – We’ve got you covered with specialized appointment times to keep you safe.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
We’ve got it all when it comes to proper PPE. Rest assured, we want you to know we’re still smiling under the masks and face shields!
Navigating Through the “New Normal”
The health and safety of our patients will always remain our top priority, and we can’t wait for you to return to our offices. We encourage you to ask us questions when you come in and we will do our best to answer them.
Although there is much the world does not know about the virus, we are happy to discuss what we do know, and which best practices to follow for keeping you safe.
